Electronic Devices, Circuits and Systems Laboratory

The Electronic Devices, Circuits and Systems Laboratory (electrolab) is an operating unit at the Electrical Engineering Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece (Patras, Greece) and accomplishes needs of undergraduate and postgraduate specific education, research and development, as well as know-how transfer in the following subjects: Microelectronics and nanoelectronics, Study, modeling, characterization and applications of electronic devices, Analysis, simulation, design and applications of analog and digital electronic circuits and systems, Programming of integrated electronic circuits, Design and implementation of printed circuits boards (PCB), Study of sensors and development of physical parameters' measurement and control systems.

The laboratory was founded in March 2015 (Official Government Gazette, no. 476, issue B', 27-03- 2015) and is located at the premises of the Electronics and Measurements Technology Laboratory and the Digital Systems Laboratory at the Electrical Engineering Department (School of Technological Applications, Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece, 1st floor of central building, Patras, Greece).

Director: Professor Petros Vlachopoulos is the director of the laboratory and Professor Labros Bisdounis, as well as Lecturer George Souliotis are contributing to the laboratory activities.
